» ENCOUNTERS Molly Malones - WWS show     |     07 May 2004     |     Jamie WWS [ World Without Sundays ] are FUCKING awesome!!!!!! Thats it, nothing else to say! LOL My friend and I got to Molly's early and had a chance to chat with the band a bit before they went on. They were all VERY sweet, exactly the way I hoped they would be! Shox was very nice, and quite the looker in person! LOL He was a bit shorter and more hobbity than I expected, but that only added to his appeal. Molly's was quite small so the setting for their performance was very personal. It was amazing when they got on stage, they just have a huge stage presence. They opened with 'Its Just Started To Rain' and played 7 other songs as well, including a new one that I need to find out about. They were even better live than they are on the album, if you can believe that! And when they had a technical difficluty, they covered it beautifully. No need to stop the show for a minor malfunction, eh?! So basically, WWS rocks!!! I cant stress this enough! And the icing on the cake? Yes, both Dom and Elijah were there! I was able to speak to both of them in passing several times, but nothing beyond that. But who cares, I actually spoke to both of them!! In the brief interaction I had with them, they were both very nice, and HAWT!! Unfortunately we only have one photo of them, which freyatex managed to get. It's not the best ever, but hey, they're BOTH in it!! So, yes, the night was brilliant!! I couldnt have imagined it better!! If you ever get the chance to see WWS live, TAKE IT!!!
